2. Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty
and students in academic affairs/
improvements:
The academic decisions are taken mainly
basing on the recommendations of
the principal and faculty. The feed back
from the students are taken into
consideration.

3. Mechanism/Norms
& Procedure for democratic/good Governance:
The
faculty members will be deciding the requirements of equipment, glassware etc. before
the closure of the college for the summer vacation. Basing on the
recommendations of the faculty members, the purchase committee of the college
will initiate action so that the items
will be ready for the next academic year.
The faculty members will be meeting every fort
night and will review the academic progress and identify the weak points. steps
will be initiated to plug the weak points.

Student Feedback on Institutional
Governance/faculty performance:
the principal is in constant touch with every class of students to ascertain
the progress of the class work and academic performance. A suggestion box has
been specially made and displayed for the students to express their
difficulties and grievances. Regular feed back is taken by the principal from
the students on the faculty performance and other related matters.

The students and staff members have open access to the principal and the
members of
the board. The president herself is always open to all for the redressal of any grievance
