Ms. Sandhya Rani Kanneganti

Ms. Sandhya Rani Kanneganti, a 1987 batch Indian Postal Service officer, has held several key assignments with the Government of India and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, retiring as Member (Banking & DBT) of the Postal Services Board, Department of Posts. In this role, she shaped national policy on postal banking, coordinating with the Ministry of Finance and other ministries. She served on the Board of India Post Payment Bank, influencing policies for quality enhancement and expansion of services, and earlier worked as Chief Postmaster General, Telangana State. As Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh (2015–19), she spearheaded academic reforms and technology-driven initiatives, introducing digital classrooms, personalized learning systems, school information management, happiness curriculum, and governance improvements across government schools.

As Post Master General (Business Development & Mails) from 2010–14, she successfully implemented large-scale Direct Benefit Transfer schemes, disbursing pensions and NREGS wages to over 1.25 crore beneficiaries, and represented India at global forums such as the World Bank Spring Meetings on Digital Finance. From 2001–04, as Regional Project Director with the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), she implemented World Bank–funded poverty alleviation programs, scaling them across 22 districts and promoting rural insurance, crop coverage, and self-help groups. Between 2004–07, she was Social Development Adviser to the UK’s DFID, providing policy guidance and monitoring development projects in West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh. She has also consulted for the International Labour Organization on child labour and bonded labour eradication, working in multiple Indian states, and has delivered lectures at IIM Ahmedabad, LBSNAA, and other premier institutions. Widely recognized for her contributions to e-governance, social sector reform, and financial inclusion, she has published reports and presented at numerous national and international conferences.

Dr. Arunima Mamidi

Dr. Arunima Mamidi, completed her medicine at Medical School: Sri Venkateswara Medical College, Residency at Michigan State University/East Lansing, Kalamazoo, at Capital Health System (Fuld Campus), Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Arunima Mamidi established Princeton Infectious Diseases Associates, LLC in July 2003. She started as a solo practitioner and added on other providers over the years. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Infectious Diseases, and is in private practice at Medical Arts Pavilion in the campus of Penn Medicine/Princeton Health in Plainsboro, New Jersey. After graduating from Sri Venkateswara Medical College in  Tirupati, India, Dr. Mamidi completed her Internal Medicine Residency Program at Capital Health System’s Fuld Campus, where she also served as Chief Resident, and later as an Associate Director. She then pursued Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. She also has a fellowship in Primary Care Faculty Development from Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Mamidi has published her research in the subject of HIV/AIDS. She is listed in the guide to America’s Top Physicians 2007 by the Consumers Research Council of America. Her areas of special interest include HIV/AIDS, antimicrobial pharmacokinetics, tuberculosis, and travel medicine.,

Dr. V. Sudha worked as Professor and Head, Department of Business Management, Osmania University. She has published 62 papers and presented 40 papers in India and abroad. She visited Cleveland State University, Ohio as a Visiting Research Scholar. She received “Career Award” from AICTE, a research grant involving Rs. 10.5 lakhs to do research in “Credit Rating Analysis”. She received ‘Unsung Heroes’ award from Confederation of Indian Industry, Telangana Chapter. She is a research supervisor. 2 PDFs, 18 PhDs and 5 M. Phils have been awarded degrees under her supervision. Her research interests include Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Financial Instruments. She has overall work experience of 29 years including 2 years of corporate experience as Management Executive at Capital Fortunes. Her administrative experience includes Chairperson, Board of Studies and Deputy Director, UGC-HRDC at Osmania University.

Dr. Nittala Venkata Chalapathi Rao

Dr. Nittala Venkata Chalapathi Rao (Ph.D., FNA), elected Fellow in 2013 in the Earth and Planetary Sciences section, specializes in EPMA & SEM Mineralogy, Igneous Petrology, Mantle Geochemistry, Geodynamics, and Mineral Resources. He completed his B.Sc. (1989) and M.Sc. (1991) in Geology from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and earned his Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Cambridge, UK. He worked as a Senior Alexander von Humboldt Fellow in Germany (2008–2011) and served in the Ore-Dressing Division of the Indian Bureau of Mines (1997–2007). In 2007, he joined Banaras Hindu University, where he became an Associate Professor in 2010 and a full Professor in 2013. He is currently on deputation at NCESS.

Dr. K. Rama Kondapalli, Professor of Practice at Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad, has held key roles including Adviser at the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Regional Director at the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and Education Officer with the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). Internationally, she has collaborated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and UNESCO as a Quality Assurance Officer and served as Honorary Advisor to the Commonwealth of Learning (COL). She has made significant contributions to the development of quality assurance tools for higher education and has authored numerous reports and research publications in the field.
