Ms. K.Sandhya Rani

Ms. K.Sandhya Rani, a 1987-batch Indian Postal Service officer, has held several key assignments with the Government of India and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, retiring as Member (Banking & DBT) of the Postal Services Board, Department of Posts. In this role, she shaped national policy on postal banking, coordinating with the Ministry of Finance and other ministries. She served on the Board of India Post Payment Bank, influencing policies for quality enhancement and expansion of services, and earlier worked as Chief Postmaster General, Telangana State. As Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh (2015–19), she spearheaded academic reforms and technology-driven initiatives, introducing digital classrooms, personalized learning systems, school information management, happiness curriculum, and governance improvements across government schools.

As Post Master General (Business Development & Mails) from 2010–14, she successfully implemented large-scale Direct Benefit Transfer schemes, disbursing pensions and NREGS wages to over 1.25 crore beneficiaries, and represented India at global forums such as the World Bank Spring Meetings on Digital Finance. From 2001–04, as Regional Project Director with the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), she implemented World Bank–funded poverty alleviation programs, scaling them across 22 districts and promoting rural insurance, crop coverage, and self-help groups. Between 2004–07, she was Social Development Adviser to the UK’s DFID, providing policy guidance and monitoring development projects in West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh. She has also consulted for the International Labour Organization on child labour and bonded labour eradication, working in multiple Indian states, and has delivered lectures at IIM Ahmedabad, LBSNAA, and other premier institutions. Widely recognized for her contributions to e-governance, social sector reform, and financial inclusion, she has published reports and presented at numerous national and international conferences.

Dr. M. Arunima

Dr. M. Arunima completed her medical degree at Sri Venkateswara Medical College, Tirupati. She did her Internal Medicine residency at Capital Health System (Fuld Campus) and completed a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. M. Arunima established Princeton Infectious Diseases Associates, LLC in July 2003. She started as a solo practitioner and added on other providers over the years. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Infectious Diseases, and is in private practice at Medical Arts Pavilion in the campus of Penn Medicine/Princeton Health in Plainsboro, New Jersey. After graduating from Sri Venkateswara Medical College in  Tirupati, India. She also has a fellowship in Primary Care Faculty Development from Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. M. Arunima has published her research in the subject of HIV/AIDS. She is listed in the guide to America’s Top Physicians 2007 by the Consumers Research Council of America. Her areas of special interest include HIV/AIDS, antimicrobial pharmacokinetics, tuberculosis, and travel medicine.

Dr. V. Sudha

Dr. V. Sudha worked as Professor and Head, Department of Business Management, Osmania University. She has published 62 papers and presented 40 papers in India and abroad. She visited Cleveland State University, Ohio as a Visiting Research Scholar. She received “Career Award” from AICTE, a research grant involving Rs. 10.5 lakhs to do research in “Credit Rating Analysis”. She received ‘Unsung Heroes’ award from Confederation of Indian Industry, Telangana Chapter. She is a research supervisor. 2 PDFs, 18 PhDs and 5 M. Phils have been awarded degrees under her supervision. Her research interests include Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Financial Instruments. She has overall work experience of 29 years including 2 years of corporate experience as Management Executive at Capital Fortunes. Her administrative experience includes Chairperson, Board of Studies and Deputy Director, UGC-HRDC at Osmania University.

S. Vaidehi works as a volunteer mentor at Teach For India. She previously worked as a Project Manager at Penal Reform International from March 2000 to April 2003.

Mr. G.Surender Reddy

Mr. G Surender Reddy, B.Sc., Agriculture (1973) – held the following assignments during his career.

  1. Field Manager (1974 -1978) at Nizam Sugar Factory at Zaheerabad, Telangana.
  2. Joined State Bank of India (1979-2005) as Rural Development Officer and later served in the capacity of Branch Manager at several rural and urban branches, a significant assignment as General Manager, Regional Rural Bank (1996-2000), Kakatiya Grameena Bank (sponsored by SBI).
  3. Post-retirement (2006), founded an NGO to promote Rythu Mitra Groups on the lines of SHGs, a NABARD initiative (2006 -2008).
  4. Served as Consultant (2009 – 2013) to the Board of Management, Rudrama Devi Mahila MACS Society Ltd., Janagaon, for rural women empowerment, securing a turnover during my tenure from 10 to 23 Crores, a 130% growth. The induction of Systems and Procedures and computerisation aided the productivity of the rural folk’s Operations.

Currently, it is thriving with a membership of 18244 women members spread over 177 villages and 90 Crore turnover.  The proposed women’s Old Age Home for 250 members is now functioning under its auspices.

T.V. Partha Saradhi worked in ISRO and various state and central public sector organisations (TCIL, DOT, NISG). He served as Director — ITE & C, Government of Andhra Pradesh, and played a key role in establishing ICT infrastructure for e-governance.

Ms G. Sashi is a seasoned education leader with over 20 years of experience and the co-founder of TechnoComp Inc. a global staffing and consulting firm. She also served as the director of curriculum development at Nanoskool and Community development at Belakoo Trust. Holding a master’s in education from Rutgers University in U.S and an associate’s degree in educational leadership. She has been a Vocal advocate for educational initiatives in India & US. She is the recipient of the ‘Lemonick Science Award’ from Princeton University and completed ‘Mindfulness Training for Educators’ at Harvard University.

Dr. K. Rama

Dr. K. Rama, Professor of Practice at Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad, has held key roles including Adviser at the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Regional Director at the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and Education Officer with the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). Internationally, she has collaborated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and UNESCO as a Quality Assurance Officer and served as Honorary Advisor to the Commonwealth of Learning (COL). She has made significant contributions to the development of quality assurance tools for higher education and has authored numerous reports and research publications in the field.
