Dr. Gracy Saila Sree Kapudasi is an MBA, MA English. Lit, M.Phil & Ph.D. She has been into the noble profession of teaching since 24 Years in the field of Management Education. Dr. Gracy has worked as HOD and Associate Professor in esteemed institutions such as Swami Vivekananda Institute of Technology, AYM School of Business, Pragati Mahavidyalaya and St.Joseph’s Degree & PG College. Dr. Gracy is currently the Director, Academics & HR in the esteemed Sangam Laxmibai Vidyapeet. She has conducted Student Skill Development Programmes collaborating with various resource Persons from Industry and Academia. She is a Guest Faculty for Sikkim Manipal University ( EduNxt Level I Certified Faculty), Pondicherry University,  Badruka PGDM College, Dept. Of Business Management, Osmania University and other MBA colleges. She was the University Nominee for the Vigilance Inspections conducted by the Govt. of Telangana. She has published and presented research Papers in various National & International Journals. She is the member of Hyderabad Management Association. She received State Excellence Award from the Govt.of Telangana in the field of Education on Women’s Day. She was acknowledged as EduNxt Level I Certified Faculty by Sikkim Manipal University.
